NOTICE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT

The Tender Award Committee of Farm Machinery Corporation (FMCL) would like to inform all the bidders that the submission of the annual tender document which was supposed to submit on 20/01/2022 was postponed for submission until further notice due to continuous lockdown. The Committee met today (8/2/2022) and had decided with following conditions:

1. Those bidders within Paro (green zone) can submit the tender document in hardcopy or can submit the scan BoQ as per point no: 2.
2. Those bidders out of Paro shall download the tender document and only Bills of Quantity (BoQ) should filled up with rate and send under your company’s letter head. The BoQ can be email tofmclprocurement@gmail.com
3. The BoQ should be scanned and send in locked zip file format and password for the file will be asked 10 minutes before the opening time.
4. The office shall not accept any late submission of documents/ BoQ from above mentioned date and time.
5. Only selected bidder will be called for the submission of complete tender document, sample and 10% security deposit before awarding.
6. The other terms and conditions applies as per the tender document.
7. The Last date for the submission of document in hard copy or Scan BoQ should submit/email within 11th February 2022 before 11.00 AM.
8. The BoQ submitted by the supplier will be put up for the committee decision at 2.00 PM on the same day.
