The Board of Directors and the management of FMCL in line with the Executive Order received from the Hon’ble Prime Minister through the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock consented to present a power tiller to fulfill HPM’s consent to the School Management and to support the institution on the following ground:
1. The school contributes towards the self-sufficiency of agriculture products through the school agriculture program.
2. school contributes towards the fulfillment of the core mandate of farm mechanization.
3. It fulfills the FMCL's commitment to its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
However, the mini tiller will be utilized only for learning farming in schools for educational purposes and not for commercial activities. The school shall strictly follow the SoP for a reporting mechanism and to monitor the use of the machine. The company shall not be responsible for the machine's maintenance and repair costs.
The allotment of the mini tiller was initiated by the Government in recognition of the school's contribution towards the growth of the School Agriculture Program (SAP) and for coming first for three consecutive years in SAP evaluation starting 2017 to 2019.
