His Excellency made a brief visit to a small museum created in memory of Late Dasho Nishioka’s contribution to agriculture development. A short documentary movie and works of Late Dasho were also presented to His Excellency.
He also visited the manufacturing unit where most of the heavy machines are supported by the Government of Japan through the JICA Bhutan Office.
Various range of discussions were also made on the field of farm mechanization in the country through the support of farm machines received from the People of Japan.
The Offtg. CEO on behalf of the management and farming communities took an opportunity to express sincere appreciation and gratitude for all the support received from the Government of Japan.
