FMCL Annual Tender 2021

The Farm Machinery Corporation Limited (FMCL), Paro would like to invite for the quotation of rate from the eligible supplier for the following:

  1. Lot 1: Supply of raw materials and machineries (Download)
  2. Lot 2: Supply of fencing materials (Download)
  3. Lot 3: Supply of electric motor and motor accessories (Download)
  4. Lot 4: Transportation of farm machineries and spare parts (Download)
  5. Lot 5: Supply of office stationaries and cartridges (Download)
  6. Lot 6: Supply of laptops (Download)

Due to national lockdown 2 and in line with simplified procurement rules and regulation issued by the Ministry of Finance under COVID-19 situation issued on June 2020, the Management of FMCL would like to accept scan copy of the quoted rate under bills of quantity (BoQ) attached with tender document. The last date of submission of BoQ is on 24th January 2021 before 11.00 AM and will be put up for the committee decision at 3.00 PM on the same day. Term of references (ToR) for the submission of tender document

In line with simplified procurement rules and regulation issued by the Ministry of Finance under COVID-19 situation issued on June 2020 and undergoing current pandemic lockdown 2 situation,  the Management of FMCL would like to e-tender from the eligible suppliers to quote the following items:

  1. Lot 1: Supply of raw materials and machineries
  2. Lot 2: Supply of fencing materials
  3. Lot 3: Supply of electric motor and motor accessories
  4. Lot 4: Transportation of farm machineries and spare parts
  5. Lot 5: Supply of office stationaries and cartridges
  6. Lot 6: Supply Laptops

 

The following terms of references are asked to follow by the suppliers:

  1. The tender document (Lot- 1 to 5) can be downloadedfrom FMCL website www.fmcl.bt
  2. The suppliers shall download the tender document and only Bills of quantity (BoQ) should fill up with the rate and signed under your Company letterhead.
  3. The above (point no: 2) should scan and email to fmclprocurement@gmail.comon or before 24th January 2021 at 11.00 AM.
  4. The scan file should be e-mailed in Locked zip file format and the password for the file will be asked 10 minutes before to opening time.
  5. The BoQ submitted by suppliers shall put up for the committee decision at 3.00 PM on the same day.
  6. The office shall not accept the late submission of BoQ from the above time and date.
  7. Only selected bidders will be called for the submission of a complete tender document, sample, and 10% security deposit before awarding.
  8. The other terms and conditions shall refer to as per the tender document.
